Our Chorizo is a beautifully balanced blend of smoked peppers, red wine vinegar and fresh garlic. A little bit of smokiness and a little heat make this sausage a special treat for any palate.

The versatility of a sausage knows no boundaries which is great news for you as it means we are constantly coming up with new ways to make this culinary behemoth new and exciting! In addition to always having our staples available we will rotate limited specials which will include offerings like Spicy Thai (pictured), fresh Polish style Kielbasa and even different proteins like Chicken, Bison and Rabbit when we can source it from purveyors operating within our required standards. We'll always let you know and if you happen to fall in love with a particular kind, we can even talk about making it specially for you even if it's out of rotation because we kind of like you and that's just "how we roll"!

This is a sausage is inspired by the cherry chocolate quad ale brewed by our good friends Barrel of Monks Brewing (B.O.M.B) in Boca Raton. Berkshire pork is blended with cherries soaked in their Belgian quad along with spices and fresh rosemary and of course, more beer! It's savory and full flavored with a little tartness & sweetness from the cherries. It's the B.O.M.B!
Maple Smoke Bacon
Heritage pork belly house cured and smoked over coals and applewood to produce the tastiest bacon you're ever going to eat. Try it on our B.L.T or take a pound home to elevate your breakfast game.
We take 100% Florida raised grass fed beef brisket and we brine it for 5 to 6 days. It comes out of the brine and is slowly cooked until it's fall apart tender then sliced and served with our signature Russian dressing and Kraut on locally made toasted rye.
Grace's Pulled Pork
Pasture raised Berkshire pork shoulder gets rubbed down in our signature spice blend which includes brown sugar, paprika and black pepper then roasted low and slow all day long. It then gets lightly tossed in our signature BBQ sauce and heaped onto a locally made Challah roll and topped with country slaw.
House Made Condiments
All of our condiments are made in house and we always have them on hand for you to enjoy! Our Curry & Ginger ketchup, a take on the very popular condiment common in Germany, gives an amazing umami like profile to whatever it goes on. Our spicy whole grain beer mustard is made using whole grain yellow and black mustard seed soaked in apple cider vinegar and Barrel of Monks Brewing Dubbel Ale then blended with honey and brown sugar to balance it out. We also offer a roasted red pepper and garlic aioli and our signature Grace's BBQ sauce.
